This is one of the best interviews with Brian that I've heard...

Thanks for sharing that. I enjoyed it very much. Brian seemed so relaxed. I loved when talking about "Good Vibrations" he said "God produced it thru me". Awwww. The interviewer asked really good questions except the funny moment when he ask "Why do you write about the sun?". Brian's answer "The California Sun". Duh. He should have said. "Cuz it's there". lol. When asked does he think the Beach Boys get enough recognition, Brian said "Young people are not hip to the Beach Boys". I beg to differ. The Beach Boys have way too many great songs to not be enjoyed and discovered by people of all ages.

This is really one of the best interviews I've seen, heard or read Brian do recently. He also did a very good interview with Zooey DesChanel. Usually, Brian gives only 10 minute interviews with very brief answers.

I think I've seen that interview. It was good too. They both seemed interested in what the other was saying. Although they have an age gap, they weren't uncomfortable talking to one another.

Link to Beach Boys Studio Q interview, audio only. If I find the video for this I'll post. It's a great interview! I love that they agree that they can put their differences behind and when they hit the stage they are "young" again and can enjoy performing together.

These interviews are starting to sound the same. I wonder if the Beach Boys management have prepared question approval before the band agrees to these things or do interviewers like asking the same questions over and over again?

I really liked the interview. I do think the interviewers ask the same questions but each news outlet is different. I don't mind that they ask what was it like to get back together. I'm enjoying their positive responses.

I agree. In as much as I enjoy reading, listening and watching them, all the questions and answers tend to be the same.
