A Tribute to THE BEACH BOYS!!
Scarborough Spa Complex Sunday 17th July 2005 @ 8.00pm A Tribute To The Beach Boys GOOD VIBRATIONS! … COMIN’ YOUR WAY! This sensational concert celebrates the music of one of the most influential pop bands of all time. This new production captures the excitement of the period in the Sixties when The Beach Boys first exploded on the music scene on both sides of the Atlantic, with classic hits such as Surfin’ USA, I Get Around, Help Me Rhonda, California Girls, Barbara Ann, Sloop John B, and God Only Knows, and follows their musical career as they established themselves as one of the most influential pop bands of all time. Good Vibrations! features an incredibly talented group of musicians and singers, including bassist and lead singer Colin Bond, who toured and recorded with Meatloaf, and Charles Hart, drummer and singer with 60’s chart-topping band The Four Pennies. The band faithfully re-create the The Beach Boys’ unique, five-part harmonised singing style in over 2 hours of feel-good music with a real beach party atmosphere.
